Terms & Conditions for Flash Sale Reward Program

• The First 200 (Two Hundred) customers purchasing products worth more than Rs. 90,000 (Ninety Thousand Only) during the period starting from 22nd November, 2024 between ……11AM…. and …9PM……… (“Sale Period”), under a single order from the https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com/in/en.html (“Platform”), shall each receive Amazon vouchers worth Rs. 1,000 (“Prize”).
• The following customers shall be eligible to participate in this reward program : • Customer must be above 18 (Eighteen) years of age. • Customer must be a citizen of India. • Customer should not be an employee of the Company.
• For the purpose of participating in this program, only the first order placed by customer against which complete payment has been made shall be considered by Tata Steel Limited (‘Company’) for the Prize, provided the same is compliance with terms and conditions as mentioned herein. 
• This program shall be valid throughout the geographical territory of India. 
• Orders which are cancelled and/or payment has not been received by the Company shall not be eligible to participate in this program.
• Company shall make necessary endeavour to send the Prize to the eligible customers within thirty working days from the date of expiry of the Sales Period. Company reserves right to extend the expected timeline of reimbursement without notice.
• Eligible Customers shall be duly informed as per the available contact details by the Company.
• The Eligible Customers cannot assign and/or transfer and/or exchange their respective Prizes and shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and payment of taxes and fees associated with the Prize (if any).
• Eligible Customers shall solely be responsible to redeem the Prize as per the terms and conditions of the Prize.
• The Sale cannot be combined with any other contest, programs and/or offer from the Company, subsisting or announced at the same time and/or on a future date by the Company. 
•  The Prize cannot be changed with any other product and/or redeemed in lieu of cash. The Company reserves the right to replace the Prize with a similar item of equal value. 
•  The Company reserves the right to extend and/or, withdraw, discontinue the Sale and/or modify all or any of the terms of this Sale without giving prior notice.
• The customer by participating in the Sale , agrees to have given permission to the Company to contact them through call and/or SMS and/or email and/or any messaging platform such as WhatsApp for the purpose of sharing the details of the Prize and/or use their contact details to send out any promotional and/or advertising communications relating to any products marketed, distributed and/or supplied by the Company. 
• The Company reserves the right to revoke participation in the Sale on grounds of suspected fraudulent activity on the Platform by the customer and/or violation of the terms and conditions. 
• The Company does not provide any warranty and/or guarantee regarding the Prize which are provided by third party vendors and same shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of such third-party vendors.
• The Company shall not be held liable for any cost, charges and claims which is suffered by the Customer due to its participation in the Sale and/or use of the Prize under any circumstances whatsoever.
• This Contest shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Kolkata shall have the jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
• All information provided by the customer for the purpose of participating in the Sale shall be kept strictly confidential by the Company and shall not be disclosed with any other third party apart from those for which consent has been obtained specificall
